Data upload

Your table plan can either be sent to us by e-mail or you can upload the graphic yourself in the backend and place the tables/chairs/rooms accordingly.


Depending on the product booking, the ready-made plug-in will now be integrated into your existing website or implemented by Reservia in connection with your new website.

Employee briefing

Once the quality check has been completed, you will receive an invitation to the employee briefing. This takes place digitally via an online meeting. Several employees can participate at the same time.

Mail or SMS confirmations

Send reservation confirmations automatically with all important information such as: Name, number of people, table number, date and time, even a clear picture of the booked table can be found directly in the mail. With the SMS confirmation, your guest receives an SMS with a link to the overview of their reservation.

The reservation received was confirmed by the guest by e-mail and is now entered into the system at the same time. You can now conveniently view, edit, accept or reject the reservation in the system. You can specify another table as an alternative to a canceled reservation. Depending on the decision, the guest making the reservation will receive a confirmation or rejection e-mail.
